Note: during "zoom" mode each month, approximately 15 orbital files (about 1 day's worth of data) will not be available for some data products.

OMI Level 0 Missing File List

  • Level 0 data from July 7, 2005, (day 188) 9:28:15 through 10:54:58 is permanently missing. This affects orbits 5200 and 5201.
  • Level 0 data from 00:23 on February 28, 2006, to 01:24 on March 3, 2006, is permanently missing. This includes orbits 8632 through 8675.
  • Level 0 data from June 7, 2006, (day 158) 03:57:04 through 04:58:51 is permanently missing.
  • Orbits 10481 - 10484 on 5 July 2006 from 02:14 to 06:37 because the Norway station went down.

OMI Level 1 Missing File List

OMI Level 2,3 Missing File List

  • Orbits 9268, 9283, 9355, 9441, 9442 and 9485 were affected by Folding Mirror Mechanism tests that obscured the optical path of the instrument. These orbits were not released by the SIPS.
  • Orbits 10482 through 10486 are permanently missing. The Norway ground station went down on July 5, 2006, and no other station was able to capture the data.
